CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time, and ours. Cancelled appointments made within 48 hours of your scheduled service will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost.
This policy helps us respect the time of our stylists and guests on our waiting list. We appreciate your understanding and support!

A credit card must be on file to secure your appointment.
GUEST POLICY
We love when you want to share your salon experience with friends or family! However, our space is designed with limited seating to ensure a relaxing environment for all guests.
If you’d like to bring someone with you to your appointment, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Unannounced additional guests may be asked to wait outside the service area.

FRAGRANCE & SMOKE POLICY
To keep our space comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing strong fragrances or smoking before your appointment. Our salon is intimate, and scents can linger easily in the air.
